Entity Types you can Onboard
Business
A registered entity with legal documents, tax ID, beneficial owners, and authorized signers.
Example: 99 Apartments, a rental property.
Individual
A single user onboarding with own identity, OR Joint owners for minors (age under 18), managed jointly by Parent Owners and Co-owners.
Examples:
- John Smith, a renter.
- Emma Johnson (age 15) and Sarah Johnson (age 11), jointly managed by their father, Tom Johnson.
